Deadly Pathways Project, is a newly developed place-based support and outreach focussed program that supports program participants with a range of psychosocial interventions to improve social and emotional wellbeing to break cycles of violence, homelessness, trauma, justice and child protection involvement.

DC well-being facilitators will work alongside mob to identify goals and/or are areas of concern by providing intensive, culturally safe and responsive holistic support which includes elements of case management, frontline support, individual advocacy, information and referral.

Deadly Pathways Project works with individuals or families who are expecting or with children 0-5, people/families experiencing homelessness or those at risk of homelessness, living in or connected to the City of Sydney or Inner West LGA’s.
